- Family STEAM Night How To's, (K-8)
Are you interested in planning a Family STEAM Night for your school? Let us show you how you can plan and implement a fun evening for your families on a small budget! We will bring sample activities from our own STEAM nights as well as links to places you can get materials needed. - “Art with a Tech Twist” (K-12)
A unit designed by Stacy Hunter to incorporate the use of digital art into the classroom. This course would be best for educators with 1:1 or small group devices or regular access to a computer lab. All grades welcome and please bring a device (cell phones work for some, too!) - Sail Away Engineering Challenge (3-12)
Come "Sail Away" and participate in an engineering design challenge that is appropriate for grades 3-12. Review the engineering design process, criteria, and constraints as you design, build, test, and refine your air-powered sail car. Complete lesson plan will be provided.
